Although we are no longer breeding and raising llamas at Berry Acres, we offer you the rare opportunity to own a complete camelid facility. In a sublime setting in the rolling hills of Eastern Pennsylvania, Berry Acres offers 56 acres with an additional 12 leased acres to accommodate all the needs of a large breeder.

The farm features 3 barns, an office, an equipment shed, 25 separate pastures, 14 run-in sheds with electric cooling fans, heated water bowls in all pastures with underground piping, as well as an underground irrigation system. The barns were designed and built to answer the specific needs of camelids with attention to the nature of the animal, but are easily adaptable to other kinds of livestock, including horses. The layout lends itself to the efficient and humane handling of animals with an eye for aesthetics. To host our production sales, Llamallennium and Berry Picking, we created a natural amphitheater and stage, and established 2 entrances and driveways to allow easy access for trailer traffic.

For living accommodations, Berry Acres features a home that combines historic character with contemporary amenities. It is designed for easy but elegant entertaining. The home features original beams, hand milled custom woodworking throughout the bright spacious home with 4+ bedrooms and 4 full baths and expansive decks overlooking two ponds. The original part of the house was built in 1860, the addition in 1984. Guest quarters, in addition to a separate carriage house, offer space for staff, in-laws, or a second business. A 6 car garage and ample storage space for vehicles of all types blend into the aesthetic plan with cedar siding and cedar shake roofing. Opportunities for hunting, fishing, and hiking abound. Above all, the design of the house and farm showcases the beauty of the natural surroundings with secluded privacy.
